Refund policy
This policy explains how refunds work for the digital guide sold on this site.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
You are always entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty, is not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do. These rights cannot be excluded, and nothing on this page limits them.
Digital delivery
Because the guide is delivered digitally after preparation, change-of-mind refunds are not automatic. If the file will not download, is corrupted, or is materially different from what was described, contact support and the purchase will be put right.
Owner review required: A refund approach beyond the guarantees above has not been approved yet. Supply the wording you want to publish before launch.
How a refund is processed
Approved refunds are issued back to the original card through Stripe. A full refund also ends access: existing access links stop working and no new links are issued. A partial refund is recorded as a partial refund and does not end access.
A file that has already been downloaded cannot be recalled. A download already authorised before revocation or refund may finish; future download requests are blocked.
Access problems are not refund problems
If you simply cannot find your link, you do not need a refund — request a new one from the access help page.
